We only collect what we need to make and send your jewellery, and we never sell your details.

What we keep

• Your name, email, phone and delivery address — to process and post your orders.
• Your orders, custom design requests and wishlist — so you can see them in your account.
• Whether you'd like emails about new pieces (only if you said yes).

Payments

Card and FPX payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Emails

Order and shipping emails are sent to everyone who orders. Emails about new pieces are only sent if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link. You can also switch them off in your account.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account at any time from My account. Orders we're required to keep for our records are kept without your account.
